SubSplit is a pre-launch Android app for subscriptions and everyday spending, side by side. Get reminded before a renewal charges, log an expense in one sentence, and, if you choose, turn your bank's UPI texts into drafts you confirm. No credit card. No ads. Analytics optional.

Home is what renews: your subscriptions as a small universe sized by monthly cost, upcoming renewals and your total monthly billing. Spending is what went out: the month's total, a calendar or a list by day, and categories.
Know what renews before it charges
Add a subscription from the built-in catalog or by hand: amount, billing cycle (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly), currency and category. Reminders arrive on the renewal day or 1, 3 or 7 days before. Delivery depends on Android notification settings and connectivity.
Your month, at a glance
The month's total sits in the band; the sheet under it shows a calendar that folds to the week as you scroll, or the whole month as a list grouped by day, with a category breakdown.
Spent something? Say it.
Add Expense is a sentence, not a form: "I spent ₹250 at Blue Tokai." Type the amount and what it was for; category, date and currency sit underneath.
Payment Capture: bank texts in, drafts out, nothing counts until you confirm
Payment Capture is optional and off until you turn it on. With Android's SMS permission, SubSplit reads only new texts from registered business senders and turns a supported UPI debit text from your bank into a draft on your device. Drafts wait in Needs review and count toward nothing until you confirm them. Message text, bank or sender, account digits, UPI IDs and reference numbers are not uploaded; only the confirmed expense fields (merchant, amount, currency, category, date and source) sync. Banks don't text every UPI payment, so some will be missed.
Six currencies. One total.
USD, INR, EUR, GBP, JPY and AUD. Each subscription keeps the currency it bills in, and totals convert into your display currency using exchange rates refreshed daily.
Privacy and control
No credit card and no ads. Sign in with Google or email; SubSplit never connects to your bank account. PostHog analytics is optional and off by default; Firebase Crashlytics collects crash diagnostics. Optional app lock. Delete your account from Settings, Privacy & Security.

Frequently asked questions
How does Payment Capture work?
If you enable Android SMS permission, SubSplit can turn supported UPI debit texts from your bank, sent by registered business senders, into reviewable on-device drafts. Some payments will be missed. Message text is not stored or uploaded, and no expense is saved until you confirm it.
Does SubSplit connect to my bank?
No. There is no bank login and no account linking.
Can I control analytics?
Yes. Optional PostHog product analytics is off by default. Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics remain enabled to help fix crashes.
Can I add subscriptions manually?
Yes. Pick one from the built-in catalog or add it by name, amount, billing cycle (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly), currency and category.
Which currencies are supported?
USD, INR, EUR, GBP, JPY and AUD, with totals converted into your display currency.
Is SubSplit available on iOS?
SubSplit is Android-only. We have not announced an iOS release.
